Come and celebrate the opening of Take Root, a visual art show celebrating the queer tradition of turning trash into beauty and magic. Take Root is a part of Dirtstar 2011 and the National Queer Arts Festival. This show features Jamie Q, Allyson Mitchell, Gabby Miller, Lee Balan, Ector Garcia, Levon Fox, Jen Lorang, Ariel Springfield, Flo McGarrell, Sarah Biscarra-Dilley, Micah Bazant and Lewis Wallace, Dinah Dinova and James, Siobhan Flood, and Adee Roberson.
