New Review on Wiretap Music~The Dry Spells

Yo Yo Yo...I am soooooooooooooooo exhausted...I am in the midst of massive amounts of deadlines and a million shows/social obligations. It has been two weeks of this and man I am having a blast but am really excited for it to be over so I can get back to normal!!! Anyway in the chaos I forgot to post this review...there will be another 3 reviews in the next week or so as well...I really dig this band, check it out Wiretap Music check out the video from the event while you are there and here is the direct link to my review The Dry Spells  so that's about it, I have some writing assignments I have to work on now before I get to do anything else this weekend! The weather is rather fine in San Francisco at the moment, I will be purchasing a new bike and selling my old bike next week and I am quite excited about that as my current bike is too heavy, not a commuter bike, awesome but not practical and far too heavy to carry up my stairs safely at night. I'm getting a light hybrid bike...YAY! I am pumped for spring and summer, bike rides and sunny days at Dolores Park and writing in the sunlight. I love my friends, I love my life...love, love xoxo

Self Portrait Challenge~blue...me without you...

This is the last week of the blue theme for the Self Portrait Challenge I missed two weeks of it :( It has been crazy busy for me...I took this exhausted...feeling a little blue but kind of in a good way...liking me without you...a really good feeling but also a little sad...I love this months theme please go check out all the awesome entries, there have been some really amazing and inspiring pictures. xoxo

Wiretap Music~

Hey there stranger...I have had a REALLY REALLY busy week, this week is not much better but I plan on blogging, I have my Self Portrait challenge pic ready to go for tomorrow so yay I feel accomplished. So this is the poster I made for the last Wiretap Music event, it was last wed @Thee Parkside and it was RAD!!! Check out the video from the event and the bands that played, I can't wait for the next event!!! So between that and the Scatterbrain Jamboree this weekend @ Thee Parkside which I part worked and part rocked and work I'm totally exhausted...I'm sooooooo tired I didn't go to WonderCon today, to see comics and my friends...which I am now sad about but at the same time...I'm super spent so I probably wouldn't have been much fun...I simply couldn't muster the energy to go downtown...and I had work to do of course...PS the Scatterbrain Jamboree fucking rocked! Good bands, good people, good times...ok I'm going to bed now...xoxo

My special valentine...one reason this manufactured holiday doesn't suck...Elizabeth Ann...my babes...my love...I am sooooooo proud of you!!!!!!! Self Portrait Challenge~Blue

This month's Self Portrait Challenge  Theme is Blue...so here are my baby blues which can also be green depending on what I'm wearing and if I wear blue eyeshadow they look really blue and if I wear green eyeshadow they look really green...you get the idea...I promise to come up with something more interesting next week but I'm super tired...and buried in work...I will be posting layouts from my spread in the Dec/Jan issue of Digital Scrapbooking Magazine this week so check in for that if you missed that issue...I'm really proud of those pages. In other news February is the most AMAZING month for music and I'm soooo sooooo pumped about all the shows I'm going to be attending....soooo much going on, 2 shows this week, 3 shows next week and about 5 shows the week after that...omg...oh yeah...I love music sooooooo much...shows are my favorite...oh and if you live in CA VOTE today!!! Yeah!!!!
