Hey All. Good morning, etc. ENOUGH WITH THE PLEASANTRIES. So, last Thursday, some friends and I were dining at Jay’s in the mission and one of us (possibly a member of the VegNews team) inquired about vegan mayo. The guy working was like, “Uh, okay?” and we were all like, “yeah, never gonna see that.” AND THEN, like five minutes later, he disappears across the street and returns with a jar of Vegenaise and is like, “we got it now!”. BAM! Activism in action, you ask and ye shall receive, power to the people, etc!

So I'm catching up on my blog reads as I've been sick and can I just say feel much better yet myself and my 2 roommates are having trouble keeping food down...I'm not getting into details.........ew............but we are STARVING and when we eat god punishes us!!!!!!! It really sucks!!!!!!!!!! I have been told this is the swine flu but I refuse to think I could possibly get the swine flu............because I love piggies and haven't eaten bacon in over 18 years...............

so I read this on Vegansaurus and am SUPER excited because can I just say once you go vegan and have veganaise you never go back and no sandwich or burger is EVER the same without it!!!!!!!!! Seriously like it's just not the same.........I just sit there bitterly eating my sammich thinking I could just run home and smear some delicious veganaise on it and it would be soooooo much freaking better!!!! And then I get angry and resentful and start wanting to hurt everyone who eats dairy and well it's unpleasant.............YAY JAY's I can't wait to go get a sammich now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
